We like to speak over the phone with you before you make a firm booking, basically to make sure we have all the details and also for us to check that you are who you say you are and alsoso we can reciprocate.
We will then ask you to confirm your order, usually by email, confirming the dates you require, your name, address and phone number (preferably a landline)
You will then receive documents in the post with details of deposit payment.
Upon receipt of the final payment we send direction and key collection details.
